PEPC Presiding judge, Justice Justice Haruna Tsammani, made the announcement a while ago after lawyers to petitioners and the respondents adopted their final written addresses and made their last submissions.

The three defendants also tendered several documents, including the membership register of the Labour Congress
Obi, in a reply he filed before the Presidential Election Petition Court, faulted the electoral body for filing a preliminary objection in support of the President-elect and candidate of All Progressives Congress, Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
