The Court of Appeal in Abuja has set aside the April 3, 2019 judgment of the Federal High Court, Abuja, which sacked Senator Peter Nwaoboshi as candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party for Delta North Senatorial District seat.

Prince Nwoko, in a chat with journalists in Abuja, said Obuh has all the needed qualifications and strength to be governor of the state, hence he said all other aspirants to the office should queue behind him and support his emergence
But putting the records straight, Nwoko said in a statement: “I understand he was among over 50 students from University of Benin that went for excursion to my house which is an officially listed monument by the Delta State Government
