This, Governor Bello said, would be achieved through timely procurement and distribution of fertilizers at subsidised rates
He further said that the estimate, tagged: “Budget of restoration,” will ensure construction, upgrading and rehabilitation of health facilities and services, adding that completion of all ongoing road projects and construction of new ones will be embarked on in the fiscal year
