Inaugurating the exercise, the state Commissioner for Health, Dr Ali Inname, said the gesture was deemed as highly beneficial to the present administration in the state.

The gesture was facilitated by a nonprofit organization, Community Advancement Initiative for Self Reliance, in collaboration with Essilor-Vision for Life.
