The announcement was made Tuesday in a statement signed by Mohammed Manga, Director of Press and Public Relations, Federal Ministry of Youth and Sports Development (FMYSD), quoting Ismaila Abubakar, the Permanent Secretary, that the shift was due to the upcoming General Elections.
