Garba disclosed this on Friday when the state’s 2021 Committee on Flood Relief and Rehabilitation, led by the Chairman, Alhaji Baba Tela, visited the affected area in Duguri for assessment.

Alhaji Yusuf Kobi, Director, Relief and Rehabilitation, State Emergency Management Agency, who disclosed this to the News Agency of Nigeria in Bauchi on Thursday, said the incident occurred in the remote areas of the council on Wednesday night.
