Justice Muawiyah Idris of the Federal Capital Territory High Court, Nyanya has ordered the detention of Babagana Abba Dalori, Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Galaxy Transportation and Construction Services Limited, in the custody of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission for allegedly diverting $2.8 million and N6.5 billion of investors’ funds.
