The Federal High Court sitting in Lagos has ordered the arrest of former Director-General of the National Intelligence Agency, Ambassador Ayo Oke, and his wife, Folashade.

A Federal High Court in Lagos on Wednesday adjourned hearing till Feb. 7 against former Director-General, National Intelligence Agency, Ayo Oke and his wife, Folashade, over alleged concealment of crime proceeds totaling $205 million.
In a double move in Lagos and Abuja, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission charged Babachir David Lawal, former Secretary of the Government of the Federation, and Ambassador Ayo Oke, former Director-General of the National Intelligence Agency, with various fraud charges.
The party said singling out Lawal and Oke for prosecution, while providing official cover to numerous other indicted APC leaders and persons close to him, has further confirmed that President Buhari is indeed partisan and insincere in prosecuting the anti-corruption fight.
