Swansea City is set to splash £2.4 million (N7 billion) on Super Eagles and Almeria midfielder, Ramon Azeez, The Eagle Online can report.
The English Premier League side plans to boost their midfield options after claims they have stepped up their interest in the Nigerian.
The Swans had previously been linked with the 21-year-old Almeria midfielder, who featured in the recent World Cup in Brazil for the Super Eagles.
But now Spanish media are reporting the Liberty Stadium side have lodged a £2.4 million offer for the highly-rated youngster, who impressed in his breakthrough year in Spanish football last season.
Boss Garry Monk has admitted he wants as many as three more new signings ready for the start of the Premier League campaign, having already landed six new faces this summer.
