Activist and member of the Labour Party Presidential Campaign Council, Aisha Yesufu, says she has reported the Director of Publicity of the All Progressives Congress Presidential Campaign Council, Bayo Onanuga, to Twitter.
She said this in response to a tweet on March 18, 2023 by the former Managing Director of the News Agency of Nigeria.
The tweet by Onanuga came as the Independent National Electoral Commission was releasing the results for the Governorship and Houses of Assemblies polls.
He tweeted: “Let 2023 be the last time of Igbo interference in Lagos politics.
“Let there be no repeat in 2027.
“Lagos is like Anambra, Imo, any Nigerian state.
“It is not No Man’s Land, not Federal Capital Territory.
“It is Yoruba land.
“Mind your business.”
Reacting to the tweet, Yesufu tweeted: “I have reported this tweet!”
