Ace producer, OJB Jezreel, has concluded arrangements to hold a thanksgiving service to appreciate God for his successful kidney transplant that took place few months back in India.
According to a statement reaching The Eagle Online, the thanksgiving service will hold on Sunday at St Leo’s Catholic Church, Toyin Street, Ikeja, Lagos State.
The entertainment of guests will later move to a venue meant for few people somewhere in Ikeja. OJB, it would be recalled, was rescued financially from the killer disease by well meaning Nigerians.
Amongst them is Governor Rotimi Amaechi of River State, who donated $100,000 for the operation.
OJB’s wife, we were told, also donated one of her kidneys to save her husband.
