Eminent leaders of thoughts from across Nigeria will tomorrow and on Tuesday converge at the Sheraton Hotel, Ikeja, Lagos for a national dialogue on the state of the nation.
The gathering is to enable the leaders chart a way forward for the country.
The parley, organised by the National Summit Group, according to a statement by Wale Okunniyi, has become necessary in the light of the ongoing ethnic and religious hostilities and killings in some parts of the country
The summit, which will be attended by both government and civil society leaders, will commence at 9.30am with over 50 eminent leaders having arrived the venue of the summit.
Okunniyi said keynote and goodwill statements will be taken from Lagos State Governor, Babatunde Raji Fashola, Prof. Ben Nwabueze, Alhaji Maitama Sule, Chief Edwin Clark, Chief Audu Ogbeh, Allhaji Balarabe Musa and Prof. Pat Utomi among others.
