A former National Publicity Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party, Olisa Metuh, was on Monday brought into the courtroom of the Federal High Court, Abuja on a stretcher.
Metuh is standing trial before Justice Okon Abang in respect of the N400 million he allegedly received from the Office of the National Security Adviser, retired Colonel Sambo Dasuki, in 2014.
He was driven into the court premises in an ambulance of the National Hospital, with registration number 44Q 20 FG, at about 10:27am.
Abang adjourned the matter till March 14, 2018 due to the condition of the defendant.
