Veteran Yoruba actress, Fausat Balogun popularly known as Madam Saje has confessed that her inability to speak English language limited her chances in the entertainment industry.
Madam Saje took to her IG account to share a video, which she titled, ‘Things you wouldn’t know about me’.
Opening up about her early life, Madam Saje disclosed that she didn’t go beyond primary school education as she began her acting career in 1975 shortly after her primary school education.
And ever since then, she has not been able to further her education which has limited her acting career.
She regretted that her decision not to go beyond primary education affected her inability to speak good English, hindering her advancement as she has not been able to feature in English movies.
However, despite the limitations, madam Saje stated that she is consoled by the highly educated and amazing people God has used her to bring into the movie industry.
