We have not joined APC – Rivers PDM

The Rivers State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Movement said its attention has been drawn to a recent publication by Chief Eze Chukwuemeka Eze, the spokesman of the All Peoples Congress in Rivers State that the “APC has swallowed the PDM” in the state.
The PDM denied the movement into the APC.
The statement said the position of Eze is totally unfounded.
It said it was part of the move to mislead the public.
The statement said: “We hereby state categorically that the purported story is untrue, totally unfounded, baseless, mischievous, an errant nonsense and a figment of the writer’s imagination geared towards misleading the general public.
“We therefore call on our members in the state and the general public to disregard the said publication. We also use this medium to call on the leadership of the ALL PROGRESS CONGRESS (APC) in the state to call to order their “spin doctor” Chief Eze .c. Eze whose stock in trade is to peddle lies and misinform the general Public and Rivers people in particular.
“Finally, we wish to call on our members in the various wards in the 23 L.G.As to be steadfast in their mobilization and sensitization efforts in the on-going membership registration exercise and the forthcoming congresses.”
