Iyanya celebrates birthday in Ikoyi Prison

Afro pop star, Iyanya, on Thursday celebrated his 27th birthday with the inmates of the Ikoyi Prison, Ikoyi, Lagos State.
Iyanya, who was welcomed by Deputy Comptroller of Prisons Bamidele and the community, proceeded into the correctional facility where he spoke with the inmates.
Highlights of the visit included his performance with some talented inmates.
Iyanya not only performed at the prison yard, but also pledged to build a recording studio in the prison premises for the musically inclined inmates.
