Gbajabiamila consulted Jibrin before releasing House Committee chairmanship list

Facts have emerged that the Speaker of House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila, visited Hon. Abdulmumin Jibrin before releasing the list of Committees chairmen for the House.
Jibrin was the Director General of Gbajabiamila/Wase Campaign.
When the Speaker announced the chairmanship positions of standing Committees in the House of Representatives, Jibrin, however, did not make any.
However, in a tweet on his Twitter handle, accompanied with pictures, Jibrin told of the visit to his house by Gbajabiamila, hours before the release of the Committees’ list.
He tweeted: “Walking Mr Speaker to his car after a surprise visit this morning. We have announced leadership of Committees and did our best to ensure merit and fairness. Mr Speaker went through extreme pressure but as usual, he showed courage. History will be kind to him. May God bless 9th.”
