Four down, five to go: Atiku whips Buhari in Delta

The presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Atiku Abubakar, has taken down the flag bearer of the All Progressives congress in the February 23, 2019 election, Muhammadu Buhari, in Delta State.

In the result announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission, Abubakar scored 594,068 votes to Buhari’s 221,292 votes.

It was the fourth state to be announced after the INEC team returned from break at about 9pm.

Before embarking on the break, INEC had nine more states results to declare.
