Gernot Rohr’s foreign goalkeepers’ trainer, Pionetti Enrico, has joined the CHAN Eagles in their build up for the final round of the Championship of African Nations qualifiers in Kano.
The national team Twitter handle, @NGSuperEagles, tweeted that the duo of Alloy Agu and Enrico worked on Ikechukwu Ezenwa, Dele Ajiboye, Okemute Odah and Theophilus Afelokhai.
The new trainer, who has worked with Rohr in Burkina Faso and French club Nice, arrived Kano on Monday night.
The first leg is slated for August 12 in Cotonou, while the return game is fixed for August 18 in Kano, with the winners qualifying for the CHAN 2018 in Kenya.
