Crime Busters FC partners three institutions for technical, managerial support

Crime Buster FC of Enugu says it is partnering with three international institutions to enhance the team’s technical and managerial capabilities.
The club’s Team Manager, Ebere Amaraizu, made the disclosure when representatives of the institutions visited the club on Monday in Enugu.
Amaraizu said the representatives were Prof. Alessio D’Andrea of the Polo Economico Interculturale Velletri, Rome, Italy and Prof. Marco Monaci of the International Bio-Research University, Cisterna di latina, Italy.
According to him, Prof. Edmund Ugwuagbo represented International Bio-Research Institute, Ugwuogo-Nike in Enugu.
Amaraizu thanked the institutions for partnering with the club to promote football development in the state.
Speaking on behalf of the representatives, Ugwuagbo said that the visit was to identify areas of keen collaborations to grow the club.
According to him, Crime Busters which is a police football club is making waves, hence the need to visit the team with a view to identifying areas of keen collaborations, especially on technical and managerial skills enhancement.
He said that having watched the team’s training session, there exist a lot of potential within the team.
He noted that the team’s defeat of Rangers International FC of Enugu to clinch the Federation Cup as well as their exploits in the Nigeria Nationwide League One had stood the team out.
He said: “We will engage with the police high command for overseas courses for the technical adviser on football tactical and technical studies as well as the team manager for more managerial courses which will add more bite to the team’s performance.
“These courses will definitely go a long way in boosting Nigeria Police contributions to sports growth in the country, especially in football.”
He said that the institutions would also help the players to secure opportunities of playing for other clubs overseas through the partnership.
