A Colombian referee, Wilson Lamoroux, has been appointed to officiate the Golden Eaglets final group game against Croatia at the ongoing FIFA U-17 World Cup in Chile.
Lamoroux broke into the international scene in 2013, after gathering experiences with the league games in Colombia.
He will be assisted by his countrymen, Alexander Guzman as assistant referee 1 and Wilmar Navarro, who would serve as assistant referee 2, while Oscar Reyna from Guatemala is the fourth official.
The tie is slated for Coquimbo, a city close to the Pacific Ocean.
The city offers accommodation and sightseeing, including some delightful beauty spots, among them La Herradura Bay and Fray Jorge National Park.
Meanwhile, Estadio Bicentenario Francisco Sánchez Rumoroso, a 19,000 capacity stadium, would host the tie.
The stadium was inaugurated on November 9, 2008.
