Usman Ilerika, Assistant scribe of FCT Football Association on Friday, said that Nigeria’s expectation from Super Eagles CHAN qualifiers against Benin was nothing short of victory.
Ilerika said this in an interview with News Agency of Nigeria while speaking on his expectations from the match.
He said that victory was guaranteed in view of Nigerian league supremacy over Benin league and other African countries.
He said: “Victory is our expectation because when we look at our league, it is the best in Africa.
“Our league cannot be compared to Benin league in all ramifications, therefore, we have superior talents.’’
The FA assistant scribe noted that Nigeria had demonstrated superiority and excellence in African football overtime.
Ilerika, who reiterated his confidence in the ability of the Eagles, urged them to outshine their Benin counterparts.
He said: “They should concentrate on becoming super stars and take Nigeria to enviable heights in football.’’
