Two officials of the Lagos State Traffic Management Agency have been implicated in the fall to death of a bus conductor, popularly known as Ilorin.
Ilorin died after one of the LASTMA officials allegedly threw a metal object at the moving bus in which he was working in a bid to force the driver to stop the bus.
The LASTMA officials were in their van chasing the bus in which Ilorin was working.
Ilorin was, however, the one that was hit by the metal object.
Ilorin, whom the driver of the bus said should have done his baby’s naming ceremony today, was reported to have fallen down on the road, with the LASTMA van chasing the bus crushing him to death.
It took the intervention of policemen to rescue the two LASTMA officials from a crowd that wanted to lynch them.
