The Congress for Progressive Change has said one of its key leaders and presidential candidate in 2011, Alhaji Muhammadu Buhari, will not negotiate with the Federal Government on behalf of dreaded sect, Boko Haram.
In a statement on Friday, the CPC said since Buhari has no link with terrorism or any terrorist organisation, he cannot negotiate on behalf of Boko Haram with the Federal Government.
In the statement, signed by its National Publicity Secretary, Engineer Rotimi Fashakin, the party rejected in its entirety the nomination of its leader as a negotiator.
