Senator Ovie Omo-Agege has appeared before National Assembly panel investigating the invasion of the Senate wing and mace theft by hoodlums.
Omo-Agege had last week resumed plenary after the court quashed his suspension.
The Senate is investigating Omo-Agege over his involvement in the mace snatching saga.
