President Muhammadu Buhari has asked the Senate to approve a Supplementary Budget of N895 billion.
The Senate President, Ahmad Lawan, made this known in a letter that was submitted by President Buhari for consideration.
It could be recalled that the Chairman, Senate Committee on Army, Senator Ali Ndume, revealed that the Supplementary Budget has been submitted to the National Assembly.
The Supplementary Budget will be used to buy military equipment and COVID-19 vaccine among others
