Breaking: Blackout in Reps Wing of National Assembly, toilet without water 

There was total black out in the House of Representatives wing of the National Assembly.

This was even as water in not coming out of taps in toilets and wash hand basins.

The National Assembly management was yet to give reasons for the total black out in the lower chamber of the National Assembly as at the time of filling this report.

However, the black out might be unconnected to technical problems in the control of the parliament building.
