Popular Yoruba actor, Ibrahim Chata, has debunked the marriage breakup rumour that went viral a couple of weeks back.
Chata, while expressing his displeasure over the sour tale, said: “There is no iota of truth in it.
“Those who wish that my marriage should crash will crash.
“Stop carrying unconfirmed stories.”
Chata has been accused of being a gold digger shortly after his marriage to Salamatu Lafiaji, the daughter of a former Governor of Kwara State, Alhaji Shaaba Lafiaji.
The actor, however, laughed it off and described himself as an hard working man who did some menial jobs in the past to attain the level he is today.
Chata got married in late December 2012 to Salamatu at a well attended wedding that shook the entire Kwara State.
