Julius Abure has been re-elected as the National Chairman of the Labour Party for a second term.
The National Chairman was re-elected by a unanimous affirmation of delegates at the National Convention of the party.

The Chairman of the National Convention and Deputy Governor of Abia State, Ikechukwu Emetu, declared Abure the winner of the contest for the national chairman’s seat during the party’s national convention that was held on Wednesday in Nnewi, Anambra State.
