Abducted Chibok parents vow to enter Sambisa forest

Parents of abducted schoolgirls of Government Secondary School, Chibok in Borno state have vowed to go to Sambisa forest in search of their daughters If government fail to rescue and bring back by September ending this year.
One of the angry parents who spoke in Hausa in Jos, expressed sadness and resentment against the claimed effort of the federal government to rescue their children from the hands of the abductors, stressing that President Goodluck Jonathan had failed to keep his promise of bringing back their children.
The parents who made the decision in Chibok town told our correspondent that they would rather go and die in the course of searching for their daughters than to fold their hands at home.
The Eagle Online can report that the parent who vowed to lead other parents at the end of the month alleged that the federal government was just deceiving them, saying that nothing has been done to indicate that It was serious about the issue.
He said, “I will lead other parent to Sambisa forest or any other place in the bush in search of our children.
“We have realized that the government is just deceiving us. So in a nutshell, if government refuses to make any sincere attempt it means that it fails and we wait for further moment to go to the bush.”
