The Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, has said that no price was too big for him to pay to ensure peace in the state.
Fubara spoke hours after President Bola Ahmed Tinubu intervened in his face-off with his predecessor, Nyesom Wike.
The presidential intervention led to Fubara conceding some grounds to Wike, who is now the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory.
Fubara, who spoke at the third convocation and sixth Founders Day ceremonies of PAMO University of Medical Sciences in Iriebe Town, Obio-Akpor Local Government Area of the state, said: “Let me say this to my dear state: I call you my dear state because the support you have shown to me within this period is unmeasurable.
