Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has expressed his deepest sympathies to all those who lost so much in the fire that destroyed the Yola Township Market in Adamawa State on Wednesday and the Plank Market in Ibadan, Oyo State last week.
Abubakar called on state governments of both states to quickly rebuild the markets so the impact to those who depend on them for their livelihoods and for their daily needs is short.
He also commended the quick response of the Adamawa State Fire Service and the State Emergency Management Service.
