Zanna Ibrahim, the Delta State Commissioner of Police, has directed officers and men of the Command to obey and comply with rules of engagement and ethics of conduct in all their activities.
Ibrahim via a statement issued on Saturday in Asaba by SP Celestina Kalu, spokesperson of the command, stressed that the rules are enshrined in the Nigeria Police Code of Conduct.
