Tuface Idibia, Nigerian singer also known as 2Baba, has demanded for an account of loots recovered by the government from money said to have been stashed abroad by Nigeria’s late Head of State, General Sani Abacha.
The singer, who is married to Annie Idibia, made the accountability demand on his Instastory on Thursday.
2Baba argued that Abacha never actually looted money, but kept it away from itchy fingers.
He said: “If to say Abacha actually thief this money we for no fit recover am, abi na only me they think this thing.
“I think he (Abacha) tried to keep it away from these thieving hands (my personal opinion) if not please tell me what has become of the recovered funds? Aluta continua abi.”
