The 2019 edition of the Nigerian Association of Women Entrepreneurs conference and exhibition has been scheduled to hold in Benin, Edo State from May 30 to June 1, 2019.
The National Women Entrepreneurs Summit and Expo, which holds at the Bishop Kelly Event Center, Benin City, has the theme: “Pressing for Balance through Women Entrepreneurial Development.”
The 2019 Annual General conference cum reunion is designed to bring together women from all walks of life to brainstorm on the gains/challenges in the nation’s entrepreneurship space and press for balance using the SDG framework.
2019 also marks the 26th year of NAWE and to celebrate this milestone, it will be bringing to the public domain its scorecard since inception.
The 2019 AGC is planned over three days with exhibition stalls, plenary sessions, panel discussions, B2B meetings and ideas basket breakout sessions.
It will also afford attendees/exhibitors, bigger market opportunities as they showcase their products at the event.
NAWE was established to harness channel and sustain the innate entrepreneurial power in women to help foster a better nation.
It empowers women for a better Nigeria through capacity building, advocacy on policy reforms initiatives exposure to bigger market opportunities, resulting in stronger families, education of the girl child and a strong voice in governance to ensure a better Nigeria.
