English Premier League side, Stoke City, has priorities signing Nigerian forward, Victor Moses, on a permanent deal this summer.
The Britannia chairman, Peter Coates, hinted that contractual discussions would be opened with the Nigerian and two other players – Asmir Begovi and Steven Nzonzi.
“Victor Moses is an interesting one. We will have to see where the land lies and if we can we would like to do something with him,” Coates said.
Moses reportedly turned down the chance to end his loan spell at Stoke City and return to Chelsea in January because he feared he would not play enough first-team football in west London.
Reports claimed that Blues boss, Jose Mourinho, was keen to cut short Moses’ season-long loan spell with the Potters during the winter transfer window to strengthen his squad ahead of the Premier League title run-in.
But the Nigeria international, who has scored three goals and created three more in 18 top-flight appearances this term, rejected the offer because he wanted to continue playing regularly under Stoke boss, Mark Hughes.
