Scores of motorcyclists queuing to buy Fuel at AYShafa filling station along Bwari Dutse-Bwari Expressway in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja were in the early hours of Wednesday killed.
A truck was said to have run into the motorcyclists.
According to eyewitnesses, the brake of the truck failed while the driver was about to make u-turn around the filling station located on the expressway.
The blood of the victims was seen flowing on the road as a number of damaged motorcycles were scattered along the road.
As at press time, the presence of the fire service was not visible at the scene of the accident as the truck, which burst into fire, was still burning.
