Kelechi Iheanacho scored his 13th goal in all competitions this season for Manchester City, courtesy of a brace in a 4-2 loss at Southampton yesterday.
The Nigeria starlet’s header in first half stoppage time pulled a goal back for City after they went down 2-0.
He then smashed home his brace in the 78th minute, when he curled his shot with his magical left foot beyond the goalkeeper from the edge of the box.
It was the 19-year-old forward’s seventh Premier League goal in five starts.
The only little blemish on a great day in the office for the Nigerian star was when he was dispossessed of the ball for the home team to go ahead and get their fourth goal.
Iheanacho is making his debut in the Premier League this season after he came through from the City youth team.
