President Muhammadu Buhari will on Monday meet with Security Chiefs in the nation’s capital, Abuja, to further review and strengthen security network in the country.
This was made known by the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Mallam Garba Shehu.
In a statement on Sunday, Shehu said the President had also cancelled a scheduled event slated for Monday (today) over the terror alert.
He disclosed that Buhari was initially scheduled to commission the National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure New Technology and Innovation Complex.
But instead of that the President has chosen to receive briefs from the Security Chiefs and interject in areas that need more attention, adding: “The commissioning of the NASENI complex will hold on a later date.”
