Former Super Eagles left back, Taye Taiwo, is willing to return to French Ligue 1 giants, Olympique Marseille, The Eagle Online has gathered.
Taiwo, who left Olympique Marseille after the 2010-2011 season for AC Milan, also spent the next two seasons on loan at Queens Park Rangers and Dynamo Kiev before signing last year for three years to Bursaspor.
Taiwo said: “I still have two years contract with Bursaspor, but I would be interested to return to the Olympique Marseille.
“I feel like this is the club that has welcomed me when I arrived in 2004. I will never forget. I often think the public is extraordinary. I’ve never seen fans like this anywhere else! If they want me, I come running!
“Now I have to convince the new strong man of Olympique Marseille, Marcelo Bielsa.”
