Head, Public Affairs, Lagos State Ministry of Education, Kayode Abayomi, made this known on Sunday.

The ministry announced this on Wednesday via its verified Twitter handle @KNSMOH and said the state had also recorded one additional COVID-19-related death in the second wave of the pandemic.

Prof. Akin Abayomi, the State Commissioner for Health, said that resurgence of cases in Lagos might lead to reversal of strategic measures put in place by the state government to open up the economy.
