The Federal High Court, sitting in Osogbo, has ruled in Adegoke’s favour and ordered APCON to pay N1 million in damages for lacking the requisite powers to regulate him being a non-advertising practitioner

Releasing the congratulatory message in Osogbo, the Osun State capital, K-RAD thanked Allah who made the 29-day fasting a successful one for the Muslim Ummah, enjoining them to continue in the spirit of piety and forgiveness as exhibited during the month of Ramadan.

This was contained in a press statement personally signed by Adegoke and made available to journalists in Osogbo on Wednesday.
