Umar delivered the judgment on Wednesday in a motion brought by Saraki alleging bias on the part of the Tribunal chairman

The letter, titled: “Re: Investigation Report RE: N10 million Bribery Allegation against the Chairman Code of Conduct Tribunal, Abuja,” was with reference NO: EFCC/P/NHRU/688/V.30/99 and dated April 20, 2016
The Senate took the decision after a closed door session, which started by 11:05am and ended at 1:43pm, on Wednesday
