President Muhammadu Buhari made the promise on Wednesday while addressing the Internally Displaced persons at the International Market camp in Makurdi.

In the fifth preliminary stage contest, Godwin Terzulum of Government Science and Technical College, Garagboghol, Benue State moved ahead to the semi-finals of the Junior category, while Ikechukwu Ibeh of Federal Government College, Suleja put Niger State in the semi-finals of the Senior category.
