Speaking at the presentation ceremony held at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, the President said that there can be no meaningful economic development in an atmosphere of crisis and instability.
According to him, incessant fighting cannot bring about the desired growth, noting that the leaderships of the African Union and ECOWAS are now interested in helping African States to achieve sustainable peace
