A motion for the third reading of the bill was moved by the Majority Leader, Hassan Barguma and seconded by the Deputy Speaker, Emmanuel Tsamdu. The speaker of the house then directed the Clerk of the Assembly to make clean copy of the bill and send to the governor for his assent.
