The Nigeria Football Federation has given the Super Falcons a four-day break to enable them participate in the March 28 elections.
Coach of the team, Edwin Okon, who announced the break while briefing the players, said the camp will close with effect from Thursday and the girls will return to camp on Monday.
Okon warned that any player who fails to report back at the stipulated time will be sanctioned or sent back, adding that full training will begin on Tuesday morning at the Goal Project Technical Centre pitch in Abuja.
He said: “We are allowing you to go and perform your civil responsibilities by casting your votes in your respective residents.
“You are expected to report back to camp without failing by Monday next week
“The task of beating Mali to qualify for the All Africa Games is our main focus now and after the draw in the first leg, we just have to prepare well and show them we are not in the same class.”
