Rangers will take every game as a final — Amapakabo

Imama Amapakabo, the Coach of Rangers International FC of Enugu, says the team will take the remaining league matches as a final.
Amapakabo told the News Agency of Nigeria in Port Harcourt, Rivers State on Monday that their Week 28 clash against Enyimba of Aba, which ended 1-1, lived up to expectations.
He said the encounter was a good one and that derbies do not produce a lot of goals.
The coach said: “We have eight games to go in the ongoing league.
“As I said, every game for us is like a final.
“We must play every game as a final and keep on playing as a team to achieve something.
“The league is still on and we have to remain focused and keep our heads on.”
Amapakabo also said the team’s coaching crew would correct some lapses before the league ends.
He said: “Most of the goals we conceded are due to technical errors and not tactical errors and there are things we have to work on.
“Whether home or away, we play our normal game.
“We have created plenty chances in the league and the records are there.”
Amapakabo said Rangers would not underrate any team and was determined to finish the league on a good note.
Rangers currently top the NPFL table with 48 points from 28 matches.
