Police release PREMIUM TIMES Publisher, reporter

The Publisher of PREMIUM TIMES, Dapo Olorunyomi, and the newspaper’s Judiciary Correspondent, Evelyn Okakwu, have been released by the police.
Olorunyomi and Okakwu were arrested by the police at about 5pm on Thursday.
They were taken to the FCT Police Command following a complaint against the newspaper by the Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General Tukur Buratai.
Olorunyomi and Okakwu were, however, allowed to go home for the night following the intervention of some prominent Nigerians, including some influential figures in the Presidency.
They have been told to report back at 8am on Friday.
