Some operatives of the Kano Traffic Road Agency in Kano, Kano State got into trouble after arresting a military personnel, obviously of the Nigerian Army.
The ill-treatment of the Soldier was seen in a video, obviously recorded by an operative of KAROTA, over the weekend.
The operatives were seen dragging a Nigerian Soldier by the belt.
The Soldier resisted their move to keep shoving him.
The offence of the Soldier was not disclosed.
However, a few seconds later, the KAROTA operatives had been apprehended by Soldiers who had come to the rescue of their colleagues.
Then there was a reversal of the punishment.
The operatives were subjected to punishment by Soldiers, one of who even showed them how to do what they were tasked with.
One of the KAROTA operatives was seen with his leg up a tree with his head hanging down.
